Growing up, I never did just one thing or one sport — and I never planned to. From the precision of badminton to the grit of track and field, to the raw adrenaline of motorbike endurocross, I was always chasing the next physical and mental challenge. Movement wasn't a hobby — it was a tool to try something.
But like a lot of people, life got in the way. Studies, work… old habits crept in, and I found myself far from the person I knew I could be.
Around 10 years ago, I found "CrossFit Balma" — and things changed. My journey started under the guidance of former military coaches. The discipline, the mental toughness, the belief that every obstacle in front of you is just another challenge to overcome — that foundation shaped everything I am today. And I dare to think I want to transmit the same learnings I got from them to the athletes I coach today!
I didn't just get fit. I rebuilt myself from the ground up, rewiring my mindset and discovering a version of myself I didn't know existed. That transformation wasn't just physical.
That's why I coach. As a CF-L1 certified CrossFit coach, I believe that fitness has no single shape or size. Whether you're stepping into a box for the first time or chasing a podium finish, my job is to meet you exactly where you are — and push you further than you thought possible. Every movement can be scaled, every goal is valid, and no one gets left behind.
My background across multiple sports — and those early lessons in military-style discipline — taught me one thing above all: the body is capable of far more than the mind believes.
My role is to close that gap — one rep, one WOD, one breakthrough at a time.
Let's get to work.
At some point in my life, things weren't going well — physically or mentally. I had stopped taking care of myself, and the environment I was in wasn't helping. Self-doubt had become the default. CrossFit came at the right time.
The structure, the discipline, the small daily wins — they added up. Slowly, I started feeling more like myself again. That experience is what drives me as a coach, because I know how much difference the right environment can make
My coaching is about one thing — the athlete in front of me. Whether you're completely new to fitness, coming back after a long break, or just tired of feeling like you're not where you want to be, this is a space for you.
Regardless of age, level, or starting point, the goal is simple: build trust in the process, build trust in yourself, and find out what you're actually capable of.
